At AkshR Diamonds, every piece of jewellery is crafted specifically for you based on your order. Because of this bespoke nature, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the sourcing of materials and the production process begins immediately. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you require a minor modification, please contact our concierge at contactus@akshrdiamonds.com or via WhatsApp (+91 7505412875) within 24 hours of placing your order. Please quote your order number. Modifications are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
European Union & UK Customers (Important)
Please note that under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard "Right of Withdrawal" (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Damages & Manufacturing Defects
Every piece is subjected to rigorous quality control before dispatch. However, please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if you suspect a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at contactus@akshrdiamonds.com or via WhatsApp (+91 7505412875) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
You must include your order number and high-resolution photos of the issue. If our team verifies a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for the piece to be repaired or replaced at our expense. Please note: normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Future Value Protection
While we do not offer returns, we stand behind the intrinsic value of our diamonds. We offer a comprehensive Buy-Back program starting 12 months after purchase.
