We believe that a diamond should hold its value. The AkshR Buy-Back Program allows you to liquidate or upgrade your lab-grown diamonds with transparency and ease.
1. Program Eligibility
To support the enduring value of your purchase, AkshR Diamonds offers a Buy-Back and Exchange program. This facility becomes active 365 days (1 year) after the original invoice date. It is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Valuation & Deductions
The Buy-Back value is calculated based on the prevailing market value of the materials, not the original purchase price. This protects both parties against market fluctuations.
The Valuation Formula: We offer 80% of the current market value of the Diamond and 100% Gold weight only.
Exclusions: The value of Making Charges (Labor), Taxes (GST/VAT), and Duties are strictly non-refundable.These costs are consumed during the creation and import process.
Verification: The final value is subject to a physical inspection by our laboratory to verify the diamond matches the original grading report and has not sustained damage (chips, scratches, or abrasions).
3. Required Documentation
For a valid claim, the item must be accompanied by:
Original AkshR Invoice.
Original Laboratory Grading Report (IGI/GIA).
Original Authenticity Certificate.
Note: Loss of the original IGI/GIA certificate will incur a deduction of the prevailing cost for re-certification.
4. Rights & Modifications
Right to Refuse: AkshR Diamonds reserves the right to refuse a buy-back if the diamond has been altered, treated, or damaged beyond acceptable recutting standards.
Policy Updates: AkshR Diamonds reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time. The terms applicable to your item will be the terms in effect at the time of your Buy-Back request, not the time of purchase.
